All LINASH products are bespoke, which means that refunds will not be possible. You will have a 4hr grace period to contact us if changes need to be made to the measurements that you have submitted with your order. After this time the sale is final, and changes cannot be made. Due to this we ask that you double check the measurements that you send in to us. 

If upon receiving your garment you find that there is a fault, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. The delivery date is taken as the date the garment is signed for, and released from the couriers. Please email, with pictures of your garment, and the fault. If after correspondence, we agree that there is an fault, garments MUST be returned in their original packaging.
